Who we are

The game
The game does not collect personal information. Today it:
- makes no network requests after it has loaded;
- has no analytics, advertising or tracking, and sets no cookies;
- needs no account or login;
- stores your campaign only on your device: in the browser's storage on the web, and in the phone's own preferences storage in the apps.
We cannot see your saved campaign. Save to file writes a copy to wherever you choose, and that copy is yours.
This website
This website has no forms, cookies or analytics. Our web server is not set up to keep access logs of the pages you visit. Our hosting provider and your own network will still handle your IP address in the ordinary way when you connect to any website.
If you email us
If you email us to report a problem or ask to join the playtest, we keep your address and message so we can reply and follow up, and for as long as we need to deal with your query or run the playtest. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Test builds
If you install a test build through Apple TestFlight or Google Play, Apple or Google handle your account and install details under their own privacy policies. We receive only what they choose to share with us about testing, such as crash reports and feedback you send.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and object to how we use it. Email nick@deltazulu.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We plan to add anonymous usage statistics to the game, for example how far players get and where they stop. If we do, we will update this notice first and say exactly what is collected.
